The Mudge's operated a five acre market garden.
Gracie Halliburton recalls spending summers at her grandparents (the Mudges) as a teenager in the 1930s. As soon as school was out for the year Gracie would move to the Mudge household to help working in the market garden.
Gracie tells stories of her fond memories of her
summer companion, Auntie Helen.
