David Cunningham died in 1920 a few months before his sister Nellie was married. Nellie's first child was born in 1922 and she named him David. Since their were no other Davids in either Nellie's immediate family or in her husband's family, it is assumed that her son was named in memory of her bother.
David Cunningham had a
pocket watch
with his initials engraved on it. That watch was given to Nellie's son.

1903 - Oliver Cunningham was born.
1893 - Albert Bertram Mudge was born.
2001 - Nichole Elizabeth Catherine Macdonald was born.
1891 - David Cunningham was born.
