Aunt Annie's photo album is an ornate treasure, that was covered in plush red velvet with trimmed brass work and a heart shaped mirror on the front.
The album is mounted on a pivoting stand that allows the photos to be displayed on the mantel place.
This family album contains professional photography photos that appear to date from around the 1890's and mostly by photographers in Peterborough Ontario.
Not a single photograph is labeled to identify the person in the photo. We are seeking
assistance in identifying the folks in the pictures. We suspect that they are members of the families named Crossley, Swinton, Clifford, Walton, Staples, Pollock, Mudge, Anderson, Shairp, Ducker, Harris, McIntosh, Coones, Thackeray but they could be from other related families.
